How it works

Your life has plans. Here’s how your money catches up.

Getting started shouldn’t feel like building a spreadsheet from scratch. Jelli helps you see which Jars your money needs, gives you a thoughtful starting point, and leaves the decisions in your hands.

Four ordinary steps

A clearer picture, from day one.

01

Connect your financial picture.

Connect supported bank accounts through Plaid so Jelli can use relevant account and transaction information to help you build a budget. Your money stays in your bank, not in Jelli.

02

Meet your starting plan.

Using your spending history, JJ proposes a starting structure with categories and amounts. It’s an informed first draft, not a decision made for you.

03

Make your Jars yours.

Review the plan. Rename Jars, choose colors, adjust budget amounts, and decide what matters most. Your confirmation is what makes the plan yours.

04

Bring it into everyday life.

A paycheck lands. A purchase posts. Dinner sounds good. Use your Jars to understand the choice, review suggestions, and keep the plan aligned with real life.

An important distinction

Nothing transfers between Jars. Your perspective changes.

JelliJARS are virtual budget categories. Split by Budget previews allocations of eligible deposits that you approve; it does not split payroll or move funds between accounts.
